Question : Firefox and sudden shutdown

It happens quite often that my pc shutdowns when I am browsing with Firefox, and then when it reboots, all history in Firefox is deleted.    Why is that happening?

For the computer system, run the System File Checker.  Go to Start > Run and type

sfc /scannow

For the graphics card, go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and delete the display driver. Reboot the computer and let Windows reinstall the driver.  You NEED to have the graphic card driver disk handy.
