Question : F.A.S.T. LAN transfer not available

I have the the File and Setting Transfer several times and had this show up a few.  One or both of the PCs do not have the transfer via LAN option show up.  Before, I just used another method, this this time I have a lot.

This time both systems are on the same workgroup, connected to the same switch.  Both have firewalls turned off.  Both Running XP SP 2.  One is an Acer the other a homemade.  Both can connect to the Internet and both are running the same version of F.A.S.T.  

What is different?  What can I llok at.

Ended out using PCMover.  Never got FAST to work.  I will also be testing CA Desktop Data Manager.
