Question : can group policy uncheck "require server verifcation" checkbox in trusted sites?

In IE7 > Internet Options > Security tab > Trusted Sites > Sites button, can group policy uncheck the "require server verification" checkbox?  Because that policy is configured, it is grayed out and cannot be unchecked.  I need to uncheck it!

Yes it can....
    configure the internet options on the domain controller the way you want them  then in Group Policy editer  
    under User Configuration > Internet Explorer Maintainance > Security   open the Security zone and contect raiting the import settings....   wait the 15 min for the group policy to fully take effect... reboot the client pc's and see if that works......
