Question : How do i create a preloader in flash then link it to my external quicktime file?

My quicktime file is large - so i need a preloader to play while this file loads..please help.
I would prefer not to load the quicktime file into flash because it seems to loose quality.

Any suggestions would help.

Flash cannot dynamically load the Quicktime movie...  One exception is H.264 video that you can use to stream out the video...
