A client sometimes gets error number 553 when sending mail from Outlook Express. The problem occurs about 1 of 10 times. His account setup looks correct, the problem disappears if he just presses "Send/Receive" to resend the mail.
What could cause Outlook Express to sometimes report error number 553 when sending email? Are there any known workarounds to avoid this? What is the most probably cause, server problems, network congestion or other things? The ISP that administrates the email account say they don't see error in the logs.
