Question : Internet Explorer/IIS Issue

I'm having a problem with by Browser. I'm using IE7 on Windows XP SP2.
Recently I often have pages showing BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB whenever I surf the internet. This happens unpredictably on certain pages for a some period of time before it dissapears for a while.
Pages affected include google.com and this website. I can't identify if this is a virus or malware. Any Ideas where do I start looking?

Also a webpage I am hosting in my network shows the same only if viewed sometimes from the internet.
