Question : Remove duplicate Contact list in Outlook Address Book

The Outlook Address Book shows duplicate name Contacts. One of the Contacts list is associated with an old pst file that has been deleted. The second Contacts list is associated with the current default delivery pst file. How do I remove the old contact list. I've looked at Tools/Services/Addressing and I can see both Contact lists, but it does not allow me to delete the old one.
