Question : AIX: file last modified by whom?

If I do "ls -l", it shows the owner of the file and last modified time. How can I find out which user did the last modification, if it is publicly writable?

Your admin needs to audit the system to be able to get this kind (and alot more) of info. But even then the output needs to have the right permissions so you can read it. I know my regular users can't, so you probably need to consult your admin about this one..
