It is complaining about the inability to start and stop services in the logs, instead of setting them to "disabled" set them to "manual" and try again
if that doesn't work, my understanding is that you have the recourse of contacting Microsoft directly for free about this issue.
Microsoft supoosedly offers free support to home users for this issue at -1-866-PCSAFETY
or via email or live chat @: (wait time is 25-30 minutes) :(
