Question : outlook autocomplete

i have a user when they start typoing a email address it comes up automatically, but he wants it to come up first name last name is this possible, and if so where do I change this?

Answer : outlook autocomplete

the only place you can change the first name last name to last name first name is in tools, options, contact options.  when you do the autocomplete it will show the contacts that way but not the names that are cached
