Question : Exporting Email addresses from public folder according to what category they are in.

Hey,
I have a public folder on exchange with about 5000 contacts in various categories.

I need to be able to export only the email addresses of all the contacts contained in selected categories and save it to a CSV file quickly and easily.

Whats the best way to do this?

Answer : Exporting Email addresses from public folder according to what category they are in.

The way i would do it would be to export the list as a CSV, open it with Excel, select the email address Column and copy that to a new sheet, and save as a CSV. not usre if this is the fastest way, but should get what you want done.
