Question : How obtain a text selection in report like it is possible in Form

How it is possible, in report, to obtain a text selection (in black) like it is possible in Form with the "selStart" and "selLength" function. We can use rectangle with special effects if possible for having a black rectangle with the text white inside. And, if possible, having multiple text selection for a same textbox (always in report). Thanks !

Since a report is not interactive like a form, text selection has no meaning. I assume you are wanting to highlight portions of text in a control. For that, take a look of this:
