Question : Active Sync support code 86000108

My PPC 6700 came back with Active Sync support code 86000108. I googled it and tried the data base here and got nothing. Any ideas?

Only ever seen this once before and it was because of a corrupt PST file.

You can correct this by running SCANPST.exe.  Do a search of your computer to find this.  You will have to navigate to the PST file that is in use, and you should have Outlook closed while doing this.

If all goes to plan, as last time it did, when you restart Outlook and try ActiveSync again, it should be ok!
