Question : #5.6.1 smtp;554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host

Hello Experts,

I have an MSWindows 2003 Small Buisness Server with Exchange 2003.

I'm able to receive email directly to my email account.  Additional to that i have a blackberry web client, which my blackberry web client forward email from my server to the device.

I got an email from a user.  I got it into my email account, But my blackberry device didn't get this email, the user get a msg back:

our message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:  Gift for you
      Sent:     12/19/2005 9:26 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      KLancastleBlackBerry on 12/19/2005 9:24 AM
The message contains a content type that is not supported

What this means, do i have to do something on my server?

Answer : #5.6.1 smtp;554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host

No., it means mime type content in your email is not supported by the blackberry device.  It does not know how to parse the content and sends the bounce message  back to the mail server to let you know.
