Question : External Hard Drive & Videos - Is it Mac Compatible

Hi,
I have an external hard drive with DVDs and videos (Divx).

A friend of a mine is going into hospital and looking to borrow my hard drive so she can watch some movies whilst in hospital.

The only problem is that she has an Apple Mac and I have a PC?

Will it work?  Are USB drives Mac Compatible?

The Mac will be able to read the hard drive as long as it's formated in FAT and FAT32 format...
