Question : 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients with Outlook 2003 and POP3 server

I have a user running Outlook 2003 and he is popping mail down from Network Solutions.  He is getting several failed messages with 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients errors in them.  Has anyone see this problem with POP3?
