Hi all experts
I was install nistnet, simply by ./configure - make - make install . everything goes just fine, i'm able to load the GUI of instnet. However, i just figured out a fatal mistake that the nistnet module was not actually loaded in the kernel
lsmod ---> returns no nistnet
insmod nistnet ---> nistnet was not found!!
My question is that, I installed linux from the original CDs and according to the instruction that I need to recompile the kernel which is not necessary, to my point of view.
Is that correct?
