Question : How to change windows 2003 CD Key

I have earlier installed an OEM windows 2003 version and configured what all required. Now, I have just received the new cd key which is OLP.

My question is how to change the windows key and will this work ( OEM to OLP )?????

Note: When I tried to activate windows it says that the windows is already activated.....!!!!!!!

And if can i get the comparison between OEM and OLP
Pls help.....
