Question : 2003 server preparing network connections

Hello I have worked through this issue on this board a coupel of times. My client came in today, and the server is saying preparuing network connections, he also sees some amber lights. I set this up raid 5, so if it had a failed drive, then it will still work. What can I do about teh preparing network connections. How long do we wait? the whole company is down right now please assist asap.

You said you set it up as RAID 5.

What make/model is this server?

Most branded servers have hot-swap drives - just pull out the old one and insert another, identical drive in it's place.  If it's hardware RAID the new drive should rebuild itself.
