Question : System restore will no open no error returned

Still having problems with my packard bell pc. Decided to wipe it and do a complete reinstall. All seemed to have gone well but my system restore will not open will not return an error. tried opening it from several different places but still the same. Did get a message during the process stating the the following files were missing could this be the problem I think there media player files though. Files are laprxy.dll cewmdm.dll and asferror.dll

I'm not sure what you're talking about in terms of "Windows XP Nemesis"; never heard of it.  If it is possible to use the other XP Home edition CD to install on your pc with the system restore problem and it accepts its current product code rather than the one for the other pc, there should be no problem.  But using the same product code on two different pcs is not allowed by Microsoft, and the problem pc's Windows will not activate.
