Question : Is Anyone Familiar With PC Mighty Max?

I downloaded a program called PC Mighty Max.  It said it would do a free scan of my system - it came up with 327 errors in my registry.  I hesitate to let it go ahead with correntions - both due to price and the fact that I don't know where this program came from.  When I went into my "Add/Remove Programs" section....I see it listed - but there isn't an option to remove it...only to change it.  

What do you guys think?

I am running a Gateway XP media center.

Considering that the only site distributing the software

is a rather dubious one from first appearances, I would definitely be wary of using that product.    That they have included AVG on the website is no doubt to give their software a sense of legitimacy it doesn't deserve.
