I have Webroot Spysweeper 6.1 and NIS 2009 (on Win XP media center SP3). I have been getting the same messsages that svchost is attempting to delete perfdisk, tcpip, and netbt. These messages keep coming almost every 30mins. I saw a similar response on expertsexchange (

My question is .. is it a safe & normal thing to happen - that svchost attempts to delete these files?

I uninstalled AVG after the scan yesterday; so i currently have only Webroot SS & NIS 2009 running. I will run Kaspersky online & post a hijackthis scan soon. Thanks.
