It's not stored in registry is why you can't find it there :) XP treats a VPN connection kind of like a dial-up connection and stored the information in Rasphone.pbk Depending on how it was created, it would either be in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections or C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections The pbk file itself is just a text file in an .ini like format. By default Windows stores all dial-up and VPN connections in rasphone.pbk, however you can add another pbk file, and it will show up in Network Connections.
All you need to do is copy that pbk file to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections on all computers, and they will have the VPN connection as well.
