Question : Computer will not boot after installing sp3rc2

I have installed service pack 3 RC2 on two other machines, this one (not THIS one) installed fine, asked to reboot, and now it just keeps rebooting at the safe mode/normal/last known good config screen. No matter which choice I use.
I know the hardware is all good, running sata raid 1, got sp3 rc2 from windows update site.

No safe mode, it does the same thing.
I noticed it hangs at mup.sys so I figured it must be a hardware thing. Being that everything worked fine before sp3, I was pretty sure that sp3 just did not like the nvidia raid that was in use.
So I broke the raid pair, plugged one drive in as a single drive and it worked.
Once the machine came back up and did all of it's configurations, I rebuilt the raid pair and now it is fine.
