Question : Winlogon fatal system error

This BSOD or stop error seems to happen after a cold boot and the winlogon.exe system process seems to be the problem. I have turned off auto restarts in WIndows so that I get some detail on the BSOD. I have installed Dr Watson as the default system debugger and have included the log details from the error (see attached file)

Any help on interpreting the DrW log file to find a solution for the winlogon problem would be appreciated.

Are you running this to bypass Product Activation?

Can you boot the machine in Safe Mode even, or Last Known Good?
