Question : Clock keeps changing an hour forward

Dear all,

Iam running windows xp pro.
My clock keeps changing an hour forward. Iam in Melbourne Australia, i have selected the correct timezone and have even tried unticking automatically adjust for daylight savings, but it keep moving an hour forward.

are you in a domain? Would it be a windows 2000 domain and would the domain controller also be an hour out?
