Question : Delay in transaction

good day.

i have an issue with a transaction within sql server 2005 that i don't understand.

i insert records into different tables and issue the transaction.commit command.  it works fine; however, there is a delay on some client machines upto 5 minutes or so.  the data eventually is updated but why the delay?

the code runs under c#, framework 3.5.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer : Delay in transaction

Its definetly the application then...I doubt it is the SQL Server...once you commit something on the SQL server...it is there, and can be pulled again.  Something is funky in your app.
