I have run Trend virus scan and even went to run a trial of Kasoersky and cannot seem to rid this user of this virus. I have run it in safe mode and normal mode but it still will not delete. I also disable restore mode so it should not pop back up if found. Help please.

Typically, the only way to get rid of something like this is to boot the computer from some alternate media, such as a WinPE CD, or a USB flash drive containing Linux.  A PE CD is the better option because you can delete the file and also mount the registry to remove it from there.

The reason you're haivng trouble is because the virus is loading itself before anything else and locking itself out so it can't be removed.  The only way to get it off is to boot the machine in an environment where the virus does not get a chance to load itself.
