Question : Excell  Formatting gone after saving the file

I have a user who sayes " After I save and close a document that is all formatted how I need it and when I open it back up all formatting is gone. "  We are all are suing office 2007 and she is to. I am 99% sure that she is using 0ffice 20007. Thank you,

Answer : Excell  Formatting gone after saving the file

While saving the file, check what is the format that she is saving it as ? Excel wont save the format if the spreadsheet is not saved in .xls format.

if the problem is occuring for specific files and not for all, then it would be better to post the file here so that we can check the individual properties.
