Question : Install PoPToP VPN on SuSE 10

Dear all,
I'm trying to install PoPToP VPN on SuSe 10 . follow http://www.phparchitecture.com/howto_show.php?id=3
but i couldn't download all neccessary files as per required on this site.!
Can any one give me the procedure of installation and link to the right source package? and do i need to update Kernel if i use version 10?
Pls, help ! need very urgent !
