Question : Automate Outlook Properties Details In Exchange

Hi ;
When we click properties of a contact name in Outlook , we will see all his details such as number , address,line reporting and so on. The question is how do I assign it to all the users automatically . It will be troublesome to key in one  by one . As I have all the users details in Excel doc, it will be much easier for me to export it out.
