Question : Caracas Time Zone in WIndows Mobile 2003

Hello guys

Recently, Venezuela has change his timezone from GMT -4 to GMT -4:30. I have device running windows mobile 2003 Second Edition (Pocket PC), I've been looking for a patch but i can only find for Windows Mobile 5 and 6 nothing for 2003.
How can I edit timezones for mobile 2003?
For XP, tzedit is a good utility, is there anything like that for Mobile 2003.

You'll have a little work you'll have to do yourself.

Here's the information you need. It has the registry settings you'll need. I don't think Windows Mobile 2003 still has support.

Hmm, the Windows Mobile 5, may work on 2003. I can't promise that is true but it may be compatible. I don't think they changed registry time zone formats.

Windows CE Cab Manager is a program that will let you read cab files like the Windows Mobile 5, you could then possibly extract the information you need and put in a 2003 cab file.
