Question : Trying to Force a Particualr Windows Color Scheme through group polciy and cannot find where to set it at

Hello,

I am already setting the desktop screensavers things of that nature though group policy. However I have one department that stares at a particular host based screen all day. They are unable to change the colors within this application however the manager recently discovered if he changd his windows color scheme to another color it makes thier application much easier on the eyes. The end users in his department donot have access to change this setting so I wanted to set it through group policy. However I can find settings for not allowing users to change the color scheme or settings for luna vs windows classic theme. I cannot seem to find the spot where I can specify for computers to use olive green color scheme instead of the standard xp blue.... Thanks in advance for your help/

Answer : Trying to Force a Particualr Windows Color Scheme through group polciy and cannot find where to set it at

ok i just tried and its in CURRENT_USER/Control panel/Colors
or USERS/.DEFAULT>Control Panel/Colors for default users
the scheme olive green or silver or other is a set of parameters under the colors section
so you can just change to olive green and export if from regestry
