Question : Flash Video Will Not Play!

I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong here.  I can play the video locally on my computer but it will not work when I upload it to my server. I'm using a system called SlideShowPro to make a photogallery. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.
