Question : Can you install Exchange 2007 System manage on a Domain Controller

Hi

Can you install the Exchange Management tools on a different server other than your Exchange server?

My exchange server runs very slow when logged onto the console, so i would like to move them off, ideally i would like to put it on my Domain controller, then when setting up new users i can use AD and ExchManager in the same RDP console.

Any advice greatly recieved on this.

Hi,

NO issues Mgmt Tools on DC will not be a problem. Just a best  practise we do not do that. Also like I said best practise, do not logon onto DC use AD Mgmt Tools etc.

As such there is no issue and no specific steps. Follow the link provided by me earlier
