Question : Microsoft Exchange 2003 System Log Error Event ID: 10000 : Unable to start a DCOM Server

I get this error every day listed in our system log of our Exchange Server 2003

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {73E709EA-5D93-4B2E-BBB0-99B7938DA9E4}. The error:
"the system cannot find the file specified."
Happened while starting this command:
c:\windows\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe -Embedding

How could I correct this so the event log does not show an error anymore.  Could this be the cause of some of the users from getting disconnected from the exchange server occassionally throughout the days?

Can you check that C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe -Embedding exists - and that SYSTEM has full control?
