Question : Exchange 2007 not listing all AD users in add mailbox

Simple question...i have AD users in different groups...when i go to add a new mailbox for an existing user in a particular group.  They are not listed.  When i do a search for them, exchange 2007 add mailbox wizard cannot find them?????????

I reset the domain controller and domain properties in the recipient configuration and it worked
