Question : Accidentally deleted a mailbox

Ok..I made a BIG mistake. I accidentally deleted a mailbox. I was trying to delete an account of an employee that no longer works at the company and deleted the wrong mailbox.
The user's Outlook is not in cached mode and i don't back up individual mailboxes. I believe that I am screwed, but just wanted to ask here and see if there is any hope :(
