Question : How to fix error code 39 installing a Fujitsu Scansnap S510?

Machine is running Window XP SP3 it was working fine when I installed back in October went to use it now and ScanSnap Manager doesn't recognize the scanner. I remove the drivers and all software did a fresh install and the same. Is there a registry I need to clean to fix this issue?

Ok got the fix:

Problem: Code 39 or Code 19 error in Scanner Property in Device Manager?
Solution: Open Registry Editor and navigate to HKEY Local
Machine/System/ControlSetOOl/Control/Class/{6BDDIFC6-81 OF-IIDO-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
Below is what the {6BDDlFC5-81OF-IIDO-BEC7-08002BE2092F} folder should look like.
Delete any extra entry key. Close Registry Editor and Reboot
Default ~ Imaging Devices
Class ~ Image
Icon ~ 0
Installer32 ~ sti_ci.dll,ClassInstall
TroubleShooter-O ~ hcp://help/tshoot/tsInputDev.htm
For example: Delete the Name (LowerFilters) then reboot
