Question : DBI and DBD::Oracle installation problems

Hello Everybody
I'm trying to install DBI for oracle and DBD for the same and I have unzipped the both DBI and DBD in C:/Perl/perl-5.8.2/lib
and now when I use C:/Perl/perl-5.8.2/lib/DBI-1.38/ perl MakeFile.pl
it runs fine but nexy when I use perl test.pl
it gives me error like cant locate the loadable objects for module DBI
and I am not able to run perl MakeFile.pl for DBD :: oracle
Please help
