Question : word minimize

Hello I had a problem with word minimizing if a user had left it like that then another user logged on to the pc and they opened word it would be minimized and as the did not have right click they could not maximize the word screen this was fixed by putting the user into domain admin

but I have a user that is the only person that is on a pc no other users use the pc she is getting the same problem I have fixed it the same was as above but I keeps happening to her I reinstalled office and this worked for a short time but has returned

dose any one have any ideas

  If you right-click the shortcut icon, choose properties, then look at the Run option, select Maximize, Apply, then OK.  Then each time someone opens the program it will open in a maximized window.
  If running on an NT machine, make sure it is set for both the All Users shortcut and the individual users' icons.
