Question : Fonts missing in Mircosoft Word only

I have a user with a Word 2003 problem. All the fonts have been removed and now there are only 3 fonts listed. The fonts that are listed are Device Font 10cpi, 12cpi, and 17cpi. I have included a screen shot. The fonts for Excel are still listed and they are there in Notepad so I know they were not deleted. Is there a selection that the user can tell Word to look else where for fonts?
