Question : mobile alert

We are using Linux redhat9 and  we are using four ethernet cards and for each we are using one internet link ..

My question is ,if any one of the internet is failed .... i need to get alert to my mobile...

Is there any possible to do that.. if possible how to do that...will you please tell  this..

If you were monitoring your redhat device via another system then you could email an alert if connectivity was lost,
very simple. However, you need another system to monitor your redhat system. Perhaps a buddy could monitor it
for you and vice versa. You cannot send an email via a failed system without internet. Now if you are saying you have 4
seperate ethernets with seperate internet connectivity then you could do this with your machine, however, that seems
unlikely.

Simple script, if ping fails mail your mobile.
