I have a laptop running Win XP Pro. Yesterday it started to boot only to safe mode. It flashes an blue screen error message, but its too fast to read. I have tried several restore point, but it says that it is unable to complete the restoration. Why would it be unable to use a restore point, and how can I figure out what's wrong and repair it?
