Question : Unable to receive or send message from this particular domain

I can't receive or send email message from this particular domain.

The error is as below.

How do I rectify it.

I don't think I have Reverse pointer and SPF for this particular domain. What else should I do. Thanks

Hi,

I would go like this...

Since you are getting the message "The following organization rejected your message: mail.lfbls.com.sg.", it clearly means that your server is able to resolve the remote server IP  [mail.lfbls.com.sg] address and is also able to talk to them on port 25.

My Suggestions...

  1. Maybe your Server External IP does not match you MX record and A record for the MX server. Please Check if all your public DNS Entries are Ok. Specially the Reverse Lookup and SPF entries. Some Mail Servers check Inbound Mail and do a Reverse Lookup and at time SPFLookup too. 
  2. Maybe you are on some Relay Block list to which they [mail.lfbls.com.sg] subscribe as you could be an Open Relay

  3. Another alterbative is talk to them and find out the reason why they hate you ;-)
