Question : Inner-office Instant Messaging Suggestions (trying to avoid MS Live Communication Server)
We recently upgraded from Exchange 2000 to 2003 and lost our inner office messaging capabilities. I'm looking for advice from users on what software they've found helpful. This is a medium-sized environment and as such the cost of Live Communication Server doesn't outweigh the benefit. I'm currently looking at the products from Softros and Srimax, but any advice or suggestions offered from personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
James

You can us MSN Live in combination with Symantec IM Manager in order to archive and restrict users IM by recipient and/or content.
This has worked well for a number of clients.
