Question : Copy Profiles off terminal Server

We are in the process of rebuilding our terminal server that remote users use to log into. we are freshly installing the OS. Is there a way to copy all the profiles off the old server and copy them onto the new server? We usually just copy the documents and favorites folders but they all have printers and their desktops all setup they way they like. Is there a way to preserve this? is there a way to copy the DAT files onto the new server and will it just work?  What would be the best route to take on this.

Also as far as printting goes is there any way to pull off the printer drivers stored on the terminal server to save us from having to load all of them back on? Thanks
