I have a panasonic video camera, not a digital. Can i download the images on the camera to my hard drive? If so, how?

Radar, primarily you will need two things, first you will need a video card that supports video inputs and outputs and the appropriate adapters to mate to your particular camera. The are a number of video card manaufacturers, including ATI, that handle these types of video cards, and they range in price from $150 on up to $1,000 or more.
Second, you will need a software package to handle the image transfer and be able to edit it or manipulate the video as you desire. The type of software will generally be dictated to your type of camera and what you wish to do with the video images.
