Not too bad, but it could be better. Specifically it would be good to try a different tool, if you want to acheive better results. I, in particular, like this tool: http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag. It is free and works better than the somewhat useful Windows tool. Another one that people like is http://www.diskeeper.com/defrag.asp. Diskeeper is generally well liked, but costs money. Also, make sure you have nothing open (such as Outlook or IE) or running when you defrag.
