Question : I need to export Outlook 2000/02 contact list /calendar into Exchange 2000 for use via OWA, is this possible?

I'm setting up Exchange 2000 on our network and need to import existing calendars, contacts, and folders into the system from Outlook 2000/02 for use with OWA, I can not figure out how to accomplish this task.  I do not want to recreate our contact list of 1800 entries.
